 Content for annual conference

The client wanted a way to showcase some new content at their annual conference, and wanted to include members of staff to make the content relatable!

They wanted these films to be short and snappy, focusing on this year’s conference theme “Innovate, Inspire, Ignite”

We pulled together some examples of how this could best be filmed whilst keeping the viewer engaged, so mixing in some playful and behind the scene shots were a really good way to keep the authenticity and realism in the video without it feeling too “staged”.

The props? A white screen, clapper board and a raw camera set up did the job nicely!

We filmed far and wide across the UK, in 3 different locations, reaching out to a whole host of staff from different fields and expertise.

The client gave each person a list of 14 questions to study and answer before their allocated filming day, we then asked the questions to their best answers on camera!

The end result was 4 individual films which could be peppered throughout the event reminding everyone of the “Innovate, Inspire and Ignite” theme.
