First Bus | Uniform Catwalk
New uniform launch
First Bus wanted to unveil their new uniform in a bold and memorable way—a significant milestone for the company. Staff input played a crucial role in shaping the final design, ensuring the new look truly reflects those who wear it every day.
We transformed a chilly warehouse in Birmingham into a sleek, contemporary catwalk studio—complete with seating for 100 guests, backstage hair and makeup stations, and even a fully equipped green room.
Drawing inspiration from the new uniform, we incorporated its key colours throughout the space, creating a cohesive and on-brand aesthetic.
With dramatic lighting and high-energy catwalk music, the scene was perfectly set for an unforgettable show.
With 10 First Bus colleagues taking to the runway as models, the new uniform was showcased in a truly authentic and relatable way—bringing real personality and pride to the presentation.
With comedian Tom Deacon providing lively commentary, the catwalk show was a hit—captivating the crowd and setting the tone for a stylish reveal. The event was later transformed into a punchy 10-minute launch film, highlighting all the key features of the new uniform. (Milan, eat your heart out!)
